Over 7 minutes to initial greeting. Table was not wiped, and adjacent table had old unbussed food. The macaroni and cheese was... literally EZ Mac. Baked potato was cool and undone . waitress did not check on us once after food was served. 48+ dollars (after obligatory tip ) for 2 people. This restaurant is not a bad place to get lunch however it seems as though the menu is more focused on breakfast. There were... many more selections for breakfast than the other meal times. The food wasn't too bad but it seems to have declined in qualitysomewhat from what it used to be. I would ear here again regardless. Read more
Food was horrible this evening ordered the steak and peppers and mushrooms skillet and it had so much gravy on it it looked like... canned dog food and there were not any mushrooms on it. Asked for extra steak and for an extra 6 bucks it might have been anextra 3 pieces...my server was awesome she even showed my plate to the manager but apparently it was acceptable... We had a great time at the event we held here. The manager accommodated us when there was scheduling mix up. The waitress Keke... was so amazing! She was very sweet and brought our kids snacks while waiting to keep them occupied and happy. She went above andbeyond for our group and was very satisfied with our experience! Read more
Where do I even start server forgot our onion ring order, charged us a 1.00 for the soup that should have been no cost the poor... other server had to get my husband his refill and my food was well past over cooked burnt potato cakes, my over easy egg morelike well cooked. Our server and food was good. But we had to wait 10 min. at the door before anyone even noticed we where there. You have people... waiting 5-10min at the counter just to pay there check. At lest have someone to greet them and let them know it is a long wait.We do love the pies here, so we might come back for that, but until they get more staff at this location it is a hard pass. Getting more and more disappointed with this restaurant. No butter, no powder sugar, no syrup and burnt. Today is Mon July 5.... Tried calling and the phone just rang. The food is normally great and service is ok. But the cook today is way off. And who everpacks the to go is also way off. Not cool at all. Read more
I had a wonderful experience the staff was very nice and my food was great. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the... customers. A table next to us was extremely rude to our waitress her even calling her stupid. The poor girl was trying her bestbut nothing she did seemed to please these people. They were just hateful to her. The manager Rebecca came around and apologizedfor the other guest being rude and loud. My experience was great hopefully our server will have a better day. Read more
