Always a ton of people working, but no one actually working. 7 employees visible. 3 cooking, 4 up front. When I walked in 1... person waiting for mobile order, I think door dash. Another customer walked in with me. No one greeted us. We stood there andstood there. Lots of stares, but no hello or how can I help you? All I had was a mobile pick up that should have been fairlyquick. Instead stood in line waiting to be helped.....by 4 employees behind counter. Service is not good at this location. Read more

Ordered a grilled chicken house salad last night and received a salad without any chicken. I politely asked where the chicken... was and the kid in the red shirt at the counter proceeded to open my salad and ask one of the cooks to chop up a tender and putit in my salad. Mind you he opened my salad container without washing his hands and then when he gave me my salad back (withoutany apology) there was still hardly any chicken, not to mention I ordered grilled chicken. At this point I refused the food thathe put his hands in and asked for a full refund of my 10 dollar salad and 2 kids meals. With an attitude decided to walk over tohis "manager" or whatever she was and had her complete my refund. I agree with several of these reviews, the customer service ishorrible, and 10000% when chick fil a opens zaxby's will not last long. I do not have a receipt because it was not given backafter my refund and I did not stick around because it would not have been peaceful to say the least. Read more

I had the wings and things plate pretty good! Chicken fingers were crispy and wings were saucy fries seasoned well.
