Love this place. Its huge inside with plenty of seating. Customers are treated nicely here. Clean and plenty of Splenda,... Equal, and sugar at the condiment area so you dont have to ask for one. Read more

It was unpleasant experience dealing with cashier. When I walked in, there was no customer or casher at the counter. I stood in... line hoping to order soon. There were three people working and nobody even bothered to acknowledge or ask for help. Afterpatiently waiting for about five minutes, I finally made an eye contact with one of the workers who approached to the cashregister. Then he won't even say anything, so I asked "May I place an order?" Then his response was appalling:"If you want." It's as I'm bothering him and he's doing me a favor. Then I asked him to make two half-dozen boxes for certain kinds of donutsput into both boxes. He totally ignored my request and put the same kind in one box. He didn't seem to care about my preferenceor experience. Going to a donut shop should be happy and giddy experience. I walked out with the feeling that i'm just aninsignificant part of their business. Read more
