Typical wait time in the morning is between 15 to 30 minutes. My order is wrong more often than not. I think this is more to do... with understaffing and a higher volume in the morning now that the new residences at Dewy Meadow are up. It used to be one ofthe best DD franchisees pre-COVID when they were in the adjacent building. It's still a fair location in a pinch, but I'mdefinitely starting to look for other options along my commute. Read more

They seem to always mess up my order. I ordered 2 wake up wraps and maple bacon sandwich and only got sandwich. Was asked to... wait for 10 more minutes and then get 1 wake up wrap. Didn?t realize it till I got home. This 1 of countless encounters?. I amchanging locations asap Read more

Everything about the food I ordered was bad. The sourdough sandwich bread was poor. The pictures of the sandwich on the menu had... the bread toasted. It was not. The fried potatoes were soggy, almost cold, and their taste was off. I was left to wonder if theoil had been left in the fryer too long. The store itself seemed clean as did the bathroom. Read more

I asked them to put extra almond milk in my coffee and the Indian guy said they dont do that, and then he said that they would... have to charge extra for almond milk?but I had already paid in the kiosk. I?ve never had this issue in any DD or starbucks. Hewas really rude. I?m not sure he used almond milk because the coffee tastes weird. Horrible, i?m wont be coming again! Read more

Stay away from the Dunkin at 415 king George road! I asked for whipped cream, and when they presented my drink they told me "I... can't change your order, I have other customers waiting". The picture of the drink I ordered has whipped cream on it, right onthe ordering kiosk! This was very poor service, I have never, ever been denied an order the way I want it at Starbucks-perhaps Iwill shift my business to that chain instead. There is no reason to be treated this way, and now my money is waste. I was notprovided a receipt either, left guessing what they charged me. I guess the staff is too busy to do those either. Very fast paced at the expense of service. No lemon for hot tea is one thing but typically a staple. And a bit snappish response... so maybe they need to try their morning coffee. Front door had obvious signs of please clean me but otherwise very clean. Read more

Same old Dunkin menu, but the customer experience was chaotic. No one took orders. Everyone was forced to use a kiosk and... everyone seemed rather confused because the kiosk was not that intuitive. The order for the coffee completely missed the extralight, handing me a black instead. Not likely to make this DD a priority stop. Read more
