I am gluten-free so only stop in for coffee every morning. I order via app and arrive within 3 minutes due to where I live.... Coffee is always ready and waiting. With no one in the lobby, a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a toasted sesame bagel with cream cheese was too difficult in... order. I got a toasted bagel no cream cheese and my sandwich. I went back in just wanted cream cheese put on the bagel they hadalready given me. They made me wait, with no apology, for a pitiful excuse for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I cannot get over how helpful Jennifer was. I ordered 16 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of Joe for some veterans in Lyons VA. This little Dunkin Donuts in The Hills always has their wonderful coffee and the VERY BEST hot chocolate I have ever tasted! I... think they have four flavors of cocoa but the regular is the best in my opinion. My husband likes their cappuccino with an extrashot of espresso.
