The workers here DGAF, they also seem to genuinely dislike working at this place. I come here fairly regularly but today I stood... there for five minutes while a worker stood there, made a phone call then slow walked away again while I stood right in front ofthe counter. She eventually tried to take my order which I promptly walked out, there were no other customers in this placeeither. The bagels aren?t that great and the customer service here is awful so avoid this place. Read more
Rude older woman laughing at my son because he couldn?t hear ketchup stated over the loud music and coworker taking the order... wearing a mask. She should be docked pay as she made us feel very uncomfortable while taking the cheese off that had ketchup onit before the sandwich was put together. This costs $14.23. Just passing through in what seems to be a wealthy area. I was looking at the menu and the guy doesn?t greet... me but says ?I can take who?s next? lol I was the only person in the store. They seem to take extreme precautions to Covid-19but cashier touches the money and the bagels????. I guess service doesn?t matter when you have amazing bagels.
