I can't hardly believe what I paid for a bagel with butter today. A plain bagel is $1.20. That's totally fair for a bagel. ... BUT, when you add a couple of swipes of butter, the price jumps to $2.50. Are you kidding me? The two swipes of butter costmore than the actual bagel? This is madness. You can get 1/2 pound of butter for just over $3, but a couple of swipes ofbutter on a bagel is $1.30. Never again! OH, and this nonsense of passing the CC fee along to the consumer, that is way toocommonplace. Mr. Bagel owner, that is the cost of doing business! NO MORE! Read more

DONT EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. I actually asked them if online order was slower than walk-in and they said yes. Online it... said 20min but in reality (with my pushing them it took close to half an hour). By the way they did not say sorry or anything. Horrible service. Read more
Great place for breakfast. Sausage bit too salty but enjoyed it.
Great downtown location opposite the library. Nice breakfast selection - bagels, waffles, pancakes, etc.
Good bagel store. I always get their fresh baked muffins and they don't dissapoint. I would reccomend this place if you want a... nice place to eat with great seating and good food. Read more
Awful awful awful. They cannot ever get anything right here. I always do online orders here and they mess it up. Today I ordered... 3 breakfast sandwiches and two of them with bacon and Taylor ham. It even shows it on the receipt that there is supposed to bebacon and Taylor ham on it. When I got home I came to find out there was noTaylor ham on both sandwiches and only one slice ofbacon on each sandwich. It is a shame that this has to happen because they have good food but they can never get the ordersright and this will be my LAST TIME giving them a chance to make a sandwich correctly! Read more
