Please Siena?s get better employees. I came to your restaurant a week ago and I was greeted by the (I think) manager being rude.... He did not care anything about costumer satisfaction but about his money. I noticed a review that said that the man waited forthe person to pay for the pizza and after that he told him to leave because of the outside food that he had. WOULD NOT SERVE ME BECAUSE I HAD A STROLLER WITH MY 3 MONTH OLD SON IN IT!! SO RUDE!! I would give negative stars if I could. I... was out running errands with my 3 month old son and thought I?d stop to take lunch home. I had 1 foot in the door before I wasvery nastily yelled at ?NO STROLLERS!?. When I asked again, because I legitimately thought this was a joke or maybe I didn?thear him correctly, he said ?NO F?ING STROLLERS!!? even louder. There were only 2 other customers at the time eating - plenty ofroom for me and my son to be in there to order. I was extremely embarrassed, upset and confused at what I did to deserve beingyelled at in such a way. The other 2 customers didn?t know what to do either and both had shocked faces. One of them kindly gotup and helped me with the door because I was clearly distraught. I could tell he felt uncomfortable at the treatment he justwitnessed and wanted to do something to help. I called the police to file a formal complaint and they said they?ve had issueswith this place before and it?s a known thing how horrible they are. DO NOT GO THERE!! I wish I read the Customer Service Reviews before going to this place because they were all on point. The Pizza looked like it... had been sitting a while, but I still ordered a plain slice. Within 30 seconds of my order and payment of $5 for a slice andsoda, a fresh pie comes put and is placed on the counter. I simply asked nicely if I could get a fresh slice and I was told Nothat the slice I was getting was good enough. So with that said, I ate what was served and sadly it was not good enough. It hadpotential with a nice crispy crust, but it was way too thick and could not taste the sauce. Pizzerias used to make you feelwelcome, not here so I will not be back ever again since I will not be able to order a Fresh Slice of Pizza. Read more
