Stopped in when I realized that Starbucks was closed. Thought I could get a hot cup of coffee and something sweet and use the... restroom on my way to a meeting. The coffe was old + the 'owner' was more interested in her phone call. Even though the placedidn't have another human inside, the restrooms were somehow closed! I could understand if this were a petrol station or pitstop off a highway, but a small shop in a quaint strip of shops . Just SAD that there is no customer service or care for thatmatter. Read more
