Extremely friendly staff that makes you feel like family when you walk in. They can get very busy during peak times, so I would... recommend ordering from the app at least 15 minutes in advance before arriving. This location is a hit or miss. Currently a hit as my recent orders have come out wonderfully. Usually SUPER crowded and... slightly overwhelming especially in the mornings. The current staff is pretty nice and the interior is clean. Cannot reallycomplain! No standard COVID comments as of September 2022. I stay inside for maybe five to ten minutes waiting for my drinksassuming it is not too busy. Other than that, I head out and try not to linger. Read more

I?m finished coming here. Last week I put in a mobile order for an Americano and it took over 30 min to make. I had to leave... before I could even receive my order to make an appointment. I tried my luck again today and it took over 30 minutes again, thistime for just a black coffee. Eventually, I asked the cashier if they could just pour me a cup. I got some attitude but at leastI got my coffee this time. In any case, I can find better coffee elsewhere. If you?re ordering ahead here, just tack on another20-30 min to your expected delivery time so you don?t waste your time standing around or better yet just go somewhere else. Read more
