I?m finished coming here. Last week I put in a mobile order for an Americano and it took over 30 min to make. I had to leave... before I could even receive my order to make an appointment. I tried my luck again today and it took over 30 minutes again, thistime for just a black coffee. Eventually, I asked the cashier if they could just pour me a cup. I got some attitude but at leastI got my coffee this time. In any case, I can find better coffee elsewhere. If you?re ordering ahead here, just tack on another20-30 min to your expected delivery time so you don?t waste your time standing around or better yet just go somewhere else. Read more

Extremely friendly staff that makes you feel like family when you walk in. They can get very busy during peak times, so I would... recommend ordering from the app at least 15 minutes in advance before arriving. The baristas always seem to have a good processin place, though. Customer service alone gets a 5/5. Read more

This location is a hit or miss. Currently a hit as my recent orders have come out wonderfully. Usually SUPER crowded and... slightly overwhelming especially in the mornings. The current staff is pretty nice and the interior is clean. Cannot reallycomplain! No standard COVID comments as of September 2022. I stay inside for maybe five to ten minutes waiting for my drinksassuming it is not too busy. Other than that, I head out and try not to linger. Read more

I normally would never review a Starbucks, but this location is seriously the best (non-Reserve) one I?ve ever been to! Everyone... that works there is friendly, they greet you when you enter, they have a very organized system for mobile orders, and they areFAST. 11/10! Read more

I go to the gym Monday through Friday and afterwards I always get a shaken espresso and a strawberry açaí lemonade. The last... two times I ordered the shaken espresso there was a large layer of foam on top. This is not normally the case. Today the foamwas there again and I took it back and asked for another one without the foam. The barrista refused to make me another onewithout the foam ( which I never requested in the customization). So I asked the cashier for a refund... Which I didget. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer who visited you five times a week. But never again. Starbucks used to haveexemplary customer service. What happened? Read more

I visited this location during Memorial Day Weekend (on a very hot day), and quickly discovered that they were overwhelmed... (20-30 orders at one point!!!). The staff worked efficiently and professionally to handle each and every order in a way thatmade customers feel cared for. Despite understandable wait times, all the baristas were friendly, polite, and positive. Evenafter I witnessed an interaction with a very difficult and disgruntled customer! I wanted to let the employees know that Ithought this location was very well-managed and enthusiastic, and that their efforts did not go unnoticed. Read more
