The managers and leadership are as atrocious as the food. Nuggets weak, fries soggy, and drink was mismatched. Hate to see it... but hate to taste it even more. Spend less money on renovations and more on quality control. Read more

OMG! I am a truck driver and I eat in McDonalds all arroind US and I know what McDonalds taste like! This was not McDonalds! The... paties were overcooked,oversalted and they looked like they were three days old! Buns same thing, old not fresh and they werenot tipical McDonalds Buns! I have been improving my nutritional skills and making better food choices. I have not eaten ANY fast food for over a year. ... During an early morning three hour road trip yesterday, I began shaking and realized I needed some sugar and protein. I stoppedat McDonalds and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. I ate this gift from heaven slowly, as I drove on, savoring every preciousbite, mindfully noting all the smells, tastes and textures of this long lost delicacy! Not having had anything like this in overa year, I was amazed at the tastiness and flavor blends happening in my mouth! That wonderful interaction between the fat andjuicy texture of the sausage, mingled with the creamy melted cheese, the satisfying egg and distinctive toasted English muffinwas unbelievable. I have never experienced such a welcomed culinary explosion as I did when re-experiencing this humble bit ofAmericana. Long live McDonald's and fast food! Read more
Everyone knows what the food is gonna be. Service was typical. An eye rolling teenager who seemed perturbed that we didn't use... the kiosk took our order. No "May I help you" norv"Thank you". On the positive side we ate in and the dining area was veryclean. Read more
Spoken to General Manager before about how cold it is here...even employees complain about freezing and wear hoodies while... working. This was 3 months ago when we spoke...no change.. she's the only one with a key and doesn't live or work in the Bassettarea. We WILL NOT be coming back here and bringing our elderly friends...they couldn't eat or relax for being socold...again. Pictures show employee hoodie in 78° September and moisture build up on windows from the cold inside. One nicething they did was give us coffee so they could have a little warmth...kudos to the staff..thank you. ---------- TypicalUpdated Mcdonalds. Very Clean. Wanted to share that the manager who works in the morning, unfortunately I don't remember her name at the moment, was... exceptionally helpful, and should be rewarded for excellence in service. Reason why... we were traveling up north to visitfamily and when we do, we always stop at this McDonald's for breakfast on the go.. Anyhow last week stopped in on our way,, gotbreakfast for ourselves and we wanted to grab scrambled eggs for our puppy, so I asked for a scrambled eggs breakfast. She saidshe'd be glad too, but 1 they were out, and two the the larger breakfasts were put on hold due to a grill being down. Then, asshe turned to get our other order, she stopped, then said, wait, I think we have 2 eggs in the fridge box. They checked, andsure enough they did. She then cooked them up herself and gave them in a small cup and asked if that was okay. I said, sure, itsfor our little Yorkie. And thanked her very much. She made our day, and this is a great example of what service excellencelooks like. The next time I am back I hope to submit this feedback to upper management so she gets recognition she deserves.
