Horrible attitudes for all 5 employees in the store. Asked for a hot fudge malt. Was told "we aint got no malt" I said "okay,... just a shake then". Was then told that "we don't have hot fudge for ice cream" I said "I'm looking right at hot fudge, what isthat for" please reply if you know of other uses for hot fudge in an ice cream store. Guy then stomps around makes a nastyrunny shake after being told not to use as much milk as normal. Worst Baskin Robbins ever. Filthy nasty store too. Sanitationis the worst.... see photo Read more
Lady that helped us with our ice cream was not in the mood to work. As soon as I said I wanted two Banana splits, she rolled her... eyes and took her time. What was more frustrating was the amount of ice cream she gave us. The scoops were a joke! We paid fullprice for half a banana split. Walked in 5 minutes before closing and the young man sweeping tells me they are already closed. I believe he said his name was... Joey. I begin to ask if his manager would like to know he decided to close early, and thankfully another gentleman jumped in toserve us. Best believe I am calling his manager in the morning and corporate. My first and last visit. Waffle cones had been refrigerated and were chewy/tough and didn't taste right. The scoop of ice... cream was small and looked ridiculously out of place in the cone, although hubby's scoop was much larger than mine. Two singlescoops @ $2.99 ea plus two Waffle cones @$.99 ea came to $9.70 -- that's a lot of taxes! There were only ten flavors available,disappointing since big-city stores carry twice as many. The staff guy was friendly but rang up the sale as credit card when Ihad given him cash, then told me it would take a while to get it straightened out. Stopped in a half hour before closing to get a fresh packed pint. Ordered in the drive thru bc their lobby was locked. When I... got the pint I immediately knew it was mostly empty, then when I got a spoon + packed it down it was confirmed. They reallycharged me like $5 for half a pint of ice cream ???? the two closers in there on 11/07/21 need to be trained on how to packpints and quarts bc this was a scam 100% Read more
Wow, I just walked out of this place and I?ve never seen worse attitudes in my life! No one asked how they could help me or even... looked at me for 2 minutes until I asked if someone could take my order. No one acts like they want to be there or help anyoneat all. If you like your ice cream in a waffle cone, don't bother coming here. Simply Sweet and Sugar Shack are the only places in town... that appear to care whether they have cones or not. Read more
