This Chick-fil-A has awesome employees and is the best fast food place in Bastrop. If you're gonna grab fast food this is the... place to do it. Even when there is a very long line it still moves very fast. I've been nearly to the street waiting in linehere and I was still in line less than 5 minutes before I had my food and left. The nasties food by far. I got a spicy deluxe I took a bit from it and it felt like the sandwich and I were playing tug of war.... I chew and was horrible. I took another bite just to make sure I wouldn't feel the same and it was the same I spit it out and itwas hard stringy looking thing it had multiple in the sandwich which I pulled out. I took it back inside to show them and themanager said he didn't know what that could be. I was disgusted and asked for a refund I had everything that came with the comboand the manager told me he couldn't give me the money back he could only exchange for the same sandwich or something else. Iwould post pictures but it's to nasty to look at. I won't go back ever. ???? I don't understand how I couldn't get my money backwhen I didn't even get good food. After receiving below average service 3x in a row, I hope management will realize they need to train their people better before... throwing them in the job. Arguing about available menu items, being told to ?pick off? anything I don?t like, and the repeatedlack of care for orders had made me question what chain I was at. I have had missing entrees 2 out of the 4 times I have been tothis location. Good luck to manager and all of the new hires. Looking forward to seeing the improvements. Read more
The service was terrible. The employee taking orders came out with an I-Pad that wasn't working. She had to go back inside to... get another one. This employee had just relieved another employee. I guess they don't check their i-pads before coming outsideto take orders. The employee moving the traffic cones was to busy eating, while cars backed up in the lines. We waited a longtime for our order because the wrong license plate was entered. Read more
The service is impeccable! They come and refresh your drinks. They come by and ask if everything's okay. It's been years since... I've been inside the Chick-fil-A I was pleasantly surprised. And the place was impeccably clean of course. Read more
If you go through drive through for large orders. Check your bag before you leave. They didn?t put items in my $100 dollar order... and didn?t want to refund me unless I went back to the store. At least they gave me my drink and fries. Come on Chick Fil A Read more
