I posted a ONE STAR Review with this location a few days ago. Yesterday I replied to an email sent to me for information. I... also got a response when checking this morning. They are doing all they can for me. First above all they discussed my issuewith the person that was so rude. They are giving me a refund from my order plus a store credit for another purchase. Just therefund for the portion burnt in the beginning would of been satisfying enough and the correct thing to of done in thebeginning. Happy to say, my faith in Domino's has been restored with their fast and polite handling of this matter and knowingthey discuss this to give that person a lesson in proper management skills is a blessing in itself. Been waiting 30 minutes(30 minutes past when they said it would be ready)there?s 15 people in here including corporate doing... some kind to training/rating of the pizza quality?just walked to the counter and they never even put my order in. Couple othercustomers with multiple messed up orders standing here, prolly should focus on what?s in front of you. Been an houralready?..hard to want to come back again. I ordered the cheese dip and bread along with pizza. Pizza was great., cheese dip was terrible. Poured about 1/4 cup of grease... off of it before could eat it and the cheese was terrible. Only covered bottom of pan and no flavor at all. Very disappointed inBastrop Dominos Read more
My order was a mess. Two thirds was wrong. Pizza was right. I ordered a garden salad and got a chicken Caesar salad. Ordered... a bottle water, did not get this at all. Let me delivery man, Grover, know about the water but I had not opened the packagewith the salad before he left. My order was packaged by the manager, Kai. I called and let them know what had happened. Iasked for credit for the goofed up order and he told me he would do this. He DID NOT. I paid the delivery fee and tipped. Great service and unbelievably fast delivery! I'm super impressed by this location. They've never messed up a single order I've... made, and the food is always hot and fresh. Definitely recommend if your in or around the area. #1 pizza in Bastrop for sure! Read more
I'm not real big on technology. But ordering through the app and picking up curbside especially on my way home from a long day... at work makes a quick no cooking affordable dinner for the whole family. And the rewards system adds up in the long run! Read more
Ordered 3 different flavors of wings, all three were "drizzled" with sauce. Definitely not tossed in the sauce. Total... disappointment. Dominoes if this is what you guys are going to send out as "wings"...stick to pizza. Read more
We order a LOT of pizza! Great staff, great coupons/deals, and my pizza is ALWAYS hot!
