One of the dirtiest McDonald?s I?ve been too. Dining area and restrooms had trash not taken out and accumulating. Didn?t dine... in because of this and ate in the car. Doubt the staff cleans the place. Also had the worst fries, taste like fries were notfresh and reheated. This is my one and only time stopping here. Read more

Too me this is by far THE BEST McDonald's truly. From customer service too a non frustrating wait time for your order at the... window it's a good experience and the food is freshly made most definitely, it's always hot and fresh when I've gone . I hadstopped going too McDonald's all in all then on the 24th of August was asked too stop, and being as hungry as I was , Idecided too grab a double cheeseburger ???? and a hot and spicy no lettuce with cheese I was very satisfied was the best hot andspicy I've had. This is one of the better McDonald's that I've been to. I've placed mobile orders for pickup at this location and had absolutely... no problem. The staff seem to always be in a good mood and the comradery between them is nice to see. My food is always hot andfresh; the store seems to be very clean and well kept even though every time I go there are plenty of customters. Weird sidenote: The bathroom mirrors are like 10 feet in the air and angled down. Seemed strange to me. Read more
Today I was working in Austin. I'm from Friendswood. 7 miles down the road from NASA. I went to lunch at McDonald's. I... ordered in,the first thing I noticed it was totally fealthy..?? Floors, countertops anywhere fealth can land and settle it wascovered EVERYWHERE...!! On top of that a young Hispanic girl told me I was at the wrong register "this is the drive thruregister "....!! She wanted me to move over 2" to take my order..!! She asked 2or 3 times..! I said "I don't need to move over2" for you hear me" ..!!!!! After that exchange I think she got an attitude. Hard to tell when there's a language barrier...!!!!! I asked another worker to order my food, again language barrier, attitude...!!! After ten minutes I asked where's myfood...???
