The food is decent but the dine in experience is horrendous. Dinning area looks like a church fellowship hall with long tables... under florescent lights. It has no style, no class, and no character. I'll never bring my wife here as it couldn't be moreun-romantic and impersonal if they tried. The location is focused on take out & delivery only with zero effort for dining in.They don't even bother to have a fountain drink machine. They bring 20 oz bottles to you table with no glasses. Worst inconsistent food - horrible Unprofessional management (yes you Heather), mean grumpy delivery drivers for the 4 yrs we?ve... lived here. This is not a one time bad order. There used to be a nicer manager but her staff undermined her by lack of followingthru. Food not cooked to franchise standards(or as advertised), no following instructions on orders by phone, online or inperson Food service is a hard industry and takes consistent training and update of your processes and if you can?t take peoplebeing unhappy with their orders being wrong then get this is not the job for you. They will not bring your complete order. I have ordered from this place multiple times this year during business travels. The... few times I?ve got them to knock on the door and wait till I answer it without leaving my food in the hallway of the motel, myorder is never complete. Every time they leave the food they don?t knock on the door, but my is complete. And the best part wasif I actually received plates and a napkin this time I was going to tip the driver an extra $20 upon arrival. But instead anhour after I got the text message that my pizza was out for delivery I open the door to see my pizza had been kicked down thehallway of the motel I?m staying in. Overall a pretty decent experience. My only complaint was that Kristina was a little rude. I tried to spell my name out for her... because people tend to spell it ?Jesse? instead of ?Jessie? and she interrupts me and says ?I know how to spell Jesse? okay? There is a weird brown ?sauce? that smells funny and tastes even worse on the pizza. The bread sticks have no flavor. It has... been forever since we have had Pizza Hut and believe me it will be even longer till the next time we have it. Definitely notworth the $50 we spent. Very very disappointed. Read more
I purposely by passed 3 other pizza competitors to order from Pizza Hut because I knew they would give me what I was desiring. I... was so confident that the fact they don't deliver to my area which is only 15 minutes away didn't deter me. So imagine thedisappointment when I pick my pizza up, get home, and see this. Undercooked, Undersauced, and totally diasppointed. $50 buckslater, I ended up going to Whataburger. Read more
I'm not mad at our local Bastrop pizza hut. They don't always get it right but they are quick to resolve issues. The crew and... team members I've seen are pretty consistent. No complaints. The new curbside is a lot more convenient also. Read more
Order a big dinner box with beef and ham and what I got was 3 little slices of ham on the entire pizza and then they dumped... pizza sauce on top of the pizza. On top of that, I had to wait extra long just for them to mess it up. Read more
