I usually love this place but they refuse to make in house orders a priority they had several people in the lobby who ordered an... told to wait 45 minutes. They only worked on mobile telling us that mobile is priority and not us don't come at 7 am in themorning they won't care if your a walk in just a mobile I have started to stop going as much as I used to once I found found outthey refuse to support the military and that they were banned on military bases and that is coming from my man who serves whenhe told me I was so mad that they don't support the people who keep them free and I saw that today as well. Look I loveStarbucks but they need to do better and not make in house orders those people feel neglected and only focus on mobile ordershalf the mobile orders are due for pick up for a bit and they make them first they should print the in house and make thosefirst then mobile or at the same time and not make us wait 45 minutes for one coffee and they are giving the wrong people wrongorders and not paying attention. I work I don't have time to wait 45 mins and the drive through was all the way to the gasstation and not moving at all. I went to this Starbucks to do some work because my favorite coffee joint at Tracy's Drive-In only has outdoor seating. I found... that the music was on the loud side and my Iced coffee tasted watery. I think I will skip next time and brave the elementsTracy's. Just recently found out about Tracy's Outpost that has coffee and a place to sit down. Will try them next time. Read more

The service was super fast! There was a very sweet girl at the counter who told me a great place to get Korean hot dogs in... Austin after she complimented my Pusheen shirt. So I've been anxiously waiting for SO long for the Pumpkin Spice Latte to come back. I ordered from the Starbucks app, excited... to get my latte. Once I got my latte it was filled almost halfway! I ordered for the latte to have whipped cream and guess what,there was no whipped cream! I was so disappointed and upset. Read more
I ordered the coffee through Favor and I was definitely surprised by how quickly it got to me. I was, however, a little... disappointed in the strength and taste of the drink. For the amount of espresso shots I ordered, it still seemed fairly weak. Ihad to add more sweetener and heavy cream as well. Overall it wasn't bad. Update: I ordered the Iced Shaken Espresso and Iloved it! I had it made with Heavy Cream and Sugar Free Vanilla and it was delicious. I highly recommend. And the strength of itwas perfect. Read more
The service was good, the cashier explained how I can redeem my points before they expired. I didn't know that those points ... expired over time. I got a grande iced caramel macchiato, with 2 pumps of vanilla. It tasted water down and couldn't taste theespresso in it. My husband got the strawberry acai, which also was flavorless, water down. We do get these drinks daily fromdiff locations. Most locations are consistent with the taste. Read more
Let me just start by saying that the workers at Starbucks were doing the best they could with what they were dealing with. An... overloaded drive through (going down the street) and not being able to accommodate the small group of people who walked insideto get their coffee. When ordering we were told it would take 25 minutes for anything using their espresso machine. It seemed tome that we were pushed to the end of the line while they quickly took care of their ?real? drive through customers. Ended upordering a regular coffee with room for cream. Really???
