I had to wait 30 minutes for a basic order of 6 hard tacos and 4 bean burritos. I can understand the chaos that comes with a... rush, but 30 minutes for food that is mostly already made, just needs assembly is a bit much. Service was okay and friendly, butDef understaffed which left the counter unattended for too long leaving customers to stand a while before being acknowledged.And trash was left on multiple tables and chairs throughout the lobby, not very comfy for those dining in. I'm not a Karen. I don't usually post reviews. I'm kind to employees. I say please and thank you. I follow the "rules" and hang... back at the payment window for 10 minutes so you can catch up your drive thru times. I don't think I deserved the literal bottomof the bag of stale chips I was served as nachos - literally not a single whole or even half chip in the entire tray. I'm alsocurious how out got an entire steamroller into the kitchen to produce the chip shard heap I was given. Don't get me wrong, myfat @$$ still ate what I could .... with a spoon. Read more

It was Taco Bell, no attempt to make it any more than it is. If you want a good review, you have to step up the game. Anyone can... toss some meat in a shell with a little lettuce and cheese. Make it memorable, and that doesn't always have to be the food. Makesomeone feel welcome in your store. A smile goes a long way, it's hard to dislike someone who is smiling at you. Read more

Sign says using kiosk will result in faster service. Faster than what? Waited 15 minutes for 1 bean burrito without onions. I... got onions, meat all over the outside of the toryilla and all the beans and sauce were everywhere, barely rolled. Went back inand the nice guy gave me 2 burritos. Why, I ordered 1 burrito and can barely eat all that. Totally wasted food and time. DoubtI'll go back, going to try Taco Cabana it used to be pretty good. Read more

Very disappointed! We were there for an hour from the time we walked in until we left. My friend orderd then I orderd. I got my... food 30min after her. She had finished her food and was waiting on me to get mine. It was very busy and they had one guy workingthe inside food and doing door dash. So the doordash want in the middle of mine and my friends. This was to much for one personto handle and NO ONE WOULD HELP HIM EVEN THOUGH HE ASK MANY TIMES FOR HELP. Read more

I am a ?benefit of the doubt? kind of person, and I had been giving that same energy to this Taco Bell for a long time. My... partner and I actually find the chaos of this restaurant comical. Sometimes our order is wrong, sometimes it?s right,occasionally we are missing things or get the wrong drink. We choose to dine here knowing that it is likely to take a long timefor us to get our order, and that there?s like a 50/50 chance of things being 100% correct. Tonight, we decided on that samefate. So we ordered online (like usual) and he went to the drive thru to pick it up. I stayed home. He was in the drive thruline when a staff member came out and put a trash can in front of his vehicle, and stated they would not be taking any moreorders. My partner informed them that he was picking up an online order- it had been placed at least 15 minutes in advance.They asked my partner to come inside and wait in the lobby. 11:03- he is inside the lobby. At 11:26- he informs me that theyhad forgotten about him. Someone came to the front and said ?Oh. You still don?t have your food?? They finally start making ourorder at this point. 11:39- he?s finally heading home When my partner left home, I started a 45 minute show, knowing it wouldbe interrupted with his return. It wasn?t. He left the house at 10:39. We live 10 minutes from this Taco Bell location. He?sgetting back an hour and 10 minutes later. THEY FORGOT ABOUT HIM STANDING IN THEIR LOBBY. I don?t want to get anyone in troublefrom me writing about this incident, I just want this location to make an effort to do better. Just, like a little?at least alittle smidge better? Please. We?re going to keep coming because we like to indulge in horrible food and service, but we don?tlike being forgotten about. Every time I come here, the wait to order, then to get your food is terrible. That goes for the drive-thru and counter both. It... usually take me 35-50 minutes every time. This Taco Bell certainly takes the ?fast? out of fast food. I like Taco Bell, I surewished the owner/manager could do something to put the ?fast? back into fast food. Read more

Each time we come here they mess up the order somehow or it takes much longer than it should. We would like to go to Taco Bells... more often but there's not another one anywhere nearby. This last time the cashier didn't know how to check me in so I waited ahalf hour before my order was even started. While waiting they served people who came in and ordered after me and had to fix atleast three drive-thru orders that were missing or completely incorrect. Twice they had to refuse a $20 bill for payment becausethey didn't have the change. From order time to walking out of the door was about an hour. Read more
