Quite a few of the games were broken without an OUT OF ORDER sign. The young man at the front desk was extremely welcoming, and... always had a ile on his face! We will be back again, but please fix your machines out of respect for your customers. Read more
Came here for my son birthday to have a good time. Pizza was delicious but we had some problems with customer service. Error was... made on our purchase, then we had to dispute with manager on something that should of been fixed from the start. Stressingcustomers out on what?s supposed to be a good day isn?t good for business. Manager came through in the end but they were actinglike we wanted something free, we just want what we paid for. It was very nice and clean. I would suggest to do the points for the younger kids and maybe minutes for the older kids. The... young ones don't move as fast and will run out of time. It was a lot of fun though. Read more
Out of state review here! I was here for a birthday party and it was awesome!!!! I would highly recommend you taking your... younger children here for a birthday party. There was pizza, dippin dots, cake and plenty of games to play! Chuckie came out andthe kids had an awesome time with him. We used to frequent this restaurant when more of our kids were under 10, but we went recently in a day off school and found it... recently updated. My kids miss the ChuckE nose they always rubbed in the way in, but it was probably a germ magnet anyway. :) somany games are just intro-to-slot-machine style games. They do still have ski ball and basketball games, as well as adventureand driving games. Also a decent assortment of rides for the preschool age group. The prizes are fairly high priced, but ticketsare easy to come by (wish they automatically loaded in the game cards instead of physical tickets). Easy way to blow a couplehours, and $50 or more, and their pizza is decent too, though not cheap. Read more
The cashier Angelique was extremely rude, I tried to buy a card because the machine self service did not give change, so I went... to the cashier and it seemed as if she was mute, I looked at her waiting for directions and she just pointed at the menu, nowords no nothing. so I decide which one I want to buy and then decided to start talking,after that she don't say another word,no thank you no nothing if she is not in a mood to work in a place where people come to have fun, she doesn't need to work here, it is very sad that you come to have fun and the first thing you see in this place is a very bad attitude from the staff Read more
