Placed a large order for family after a funeral. Guy at the front was horribly rude - apparently you can?t order by the NAME of... the sandwich, numbers only. Why even post the names then? He continued to make snarky comments like ?this isn?t Burger King youhave to order by number?. Plus there was a hair in my Jimmy ranch. l have never went to this location before but after today I am definitely not going back- looking at the reviews many others... also seem to be dissatisfied. This location simply seems very disorganized & dirty- when walking in there was literally a yellowwet-floor sign a few inches from the doorway making it look as if they were blocking the door for a reason, as if to imply theywere closed. Every table also had many boxes and papers surrounding the already small and cluttered space. Regardless ofappearance I wasn?t disappointed with this place until receiving my food. I had already ate about half of my sandwich beforerealizing there was a dark, short hair stuck to the underside of my sandwich. Immediately I was disgusted and lost any appetitethat I had. The person who seemed to be the manager did have darker hair, but it?s possible that another careless employee mightof left the hair. From my experience it is clear that cleanliness is this location?s last priority. Very disgusted and wouldn?trecommend coming here. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Orders have been wrong from them the last 6 times. They apologize & give a... credit but then when I call to order on the phone so I can use the credit, no one answers. I understand that good help is hardto come by these days so I have been trying to be patient and nice about the errors but I'm done. Maybe they should worry lessabout being "freaky fast" and focus on accuracy instead. Read more

Jimmy John?s always delivers to my family fast and efficiently! Today I decided to go in to pick up and I accidentally ordered... the wrong sandwich, but the shift manager explained to me what happened and helped me out immediately. Always grateful forpeople like him and the other employees were friendly as well. Five stars. Read more
I have ordered from this location for years but never will again. I placed an order for delivery and upon receiving the order,... there was a rude note left by the delivery driver that he was unsatisfied with the tip that I gave him. I immediately called thestore and spoke with the manager, who did not apologize nor did he offer to make amends in any way. When I asked for a refund asrecompense for the driver?s rude actions, he quickly stated that they are running out of delivery drivers and at this rate theywon?t have any left. He mumbled something about voiding the order before he hung up on me. Absolutely atrocious customer serviceon every front. October 2021 no indoor dining for some unknown reason that has nothing to do with any health mandates or company policy. It's... dumb, you are a restaurant with tables. It's 55 degrees outside. Next time we will find a different place that allows us to sitand enjoy our meal. Read more
Called to make an order, spoke to Xavier. Extremely rude. Do not order from here. When asked with extra mayo he said he was too... busy to take my order and to call back. I understand if your to busy he could have started from the start by saying they werejust taking online orders. I would have understood. I followed up with are you serious you took my order and now your sayingyour to busy and call back. He followed up with the owner is to cheap to hire more employees and hanged up the phone. Read more
