I love papa johns I order it all the time. This location often flips my customization of extra sauce light cheese to extra... cheese light sauce. No biggie I call and I drive back and get it myself even I had it delivered. It?s a mistake I get it. Today,I received a sauceless pizza. Just cheese, bread, and pepperoni. I called and was told by both the manager and district managerthat I was lying. I drove the pizza back to them to show them dry crust. They just stared at it. 5 seconds of silence. Noapology. Literally the most frustrating and belittling experience I've ever had in my life regarding a pizza delivery order. After my... order arrived incorrectly (it happens, we are all human) I contacted the Batavia location to explain the issue. Before I couldeven finish explaining I was disconnected (that happens too). I called back, started explaining that my order was incorrect,and was hung up on again. OK, so must be a phone issue on my end or Papa John's Batavia so I called from a different phone andI was on the line until I started explaining that my order was incorrect and was hung up on. Called back and selected theoption for customer service and heard an unfamiliar voice. I asked if the person on the other end was from the Batavia locationand she answered yes. When I explained the issue she offered to transfer me to Batavia? So I assume I called a national linealthough she claimed she was from the local store. Extremely frustrated at this point I called Papa John's Batavia over 10 timesfrom 3 different phones and was hung up on every single time. At this point I assume that they recognized the caller ID fromthe three numbers I was calling from as they answered and hung up promptly. Nothing points to this being a phone issue IMO. All that being said I don't blame the entire chain for the acts of those that work locally but I will NEVER order form PapaJohn's again. I just ordered a pizza from this location and their driver didn't even bother to ring my doorbell, and because of that they had... to cancel my order. All I was offered to make up for their error was a lousy discount on my next order. After that I wasn'tinterested in dealing with their delivery service again, and I'm unable to pick up my order myself so they got my money and Igot nothing for it. What a ridiculous experience! I?m so disgusted with Papa John?s!!! They just lost another customer because I will never order from them again! Last week I... placed a delivery order and never got my food delivered. The next day nooo empathy for what happened, the team member thatanswered the phone just said that they were looking into the situation and he was busy with other orders and had to go!!! Areyou serious!?! Then I get a call from Kelly the district manager and she tells me to make things right she is going to give me arefund for the order I never got and 50% of my next order. I let a couple days go by and decide to give them another chance andnow this time they tell me there is not a note from Kelly and the system wouldn?t allow them to give me 50% of my order!!!! This location keeps getting worse! I have loved Papa John's since they started when I lived in KY. This location used to keep... up the standard excellent quality. That is no longer the case! The noticably use less sauce, cheese and topping on your pizza.Our order last night had well over an inch of uncovered pizza around the entire thing. My app order was for carryout and it was ready for pick up earlier than projected. Both the cheese pizza and philly cheese steak... pizza were excellent. Very tasty, well made, and perfectly cooked. The seasoned bread sticks were also well seasoned andcooked to perfection. I was very impressed with the food I picked up today. Read more
