The original tacos were pretty good. Carnitas were a bit bland. And not enough rice water for the dinner rush out in the parking... lot just south of the Menards in Oswego. I'll give them another try later. Read more

Was told the total for 3 burritos and a horchata was $39 and some change. Got to the window they automatically added a ?tip? or... unauthorized charge to my total. My asada burritos (over $11 each) we?re filled with lettuce and maybe 8 microscopic dots ofsteak in the lettuce and tomato mixture. The tacos are very nasty and the cooks are inconsistent. One time I got 4 steak Tacos and they were extremely salty I couldn't... eat them. I asked the lady for a new set of tacos but they were so salty that I just left. The next time I went the tacos haszero flavor!! It was disgusting, I couldn't taste nothing but the tortillas. This restaurant is absolutely AMAZING! It?s incredibly delicious and authentic. The employees and workers are very nice and... polite, and will serve to whatever your needs might be. Ever since I moved here in 2012, this location has been many restaurantcompanies including Burger King, Hardy?s, and Salsa Verde. After Salsa Verde went out of business, I?d say this place has been acomplete grand slam! The best Mexican food yet! Read more
Food is tasty for sure and the salsas are amazing that?s really the best part of the entire experience is eating inside and... having access to the salsa bar. Would be 5 stars but when I eat inside with any friends they literally refuse to give us extrachips at our table so we don?t have to all share one basket especially with Covid going on just so goofy. We even were offeringto pay for them and literally wouldn?t give us more like we?re some kids or something which is ridiculous. Not sure how theythink that?s good customer service but always say great customer service will keep someone coming back over great food onlywhich leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths. 5 stars for sure if a bit friendlier and more accommodating to their customers. This place is always either a major success or a complete miss. It must depend on who?s working the kitchen at the time. 1st... visit was a great steak torta. 2nd visit was a greasy, soggy, mess of a chicken quesadilla and messy tacos. 3rd visit was aperfect carnitas and perfect veggie torta with perfect bread, not soggy, came with pickled carrots and peppers, and plenty ofavocado. 4th visit was a soggy veggie torta that looked like vomit and was 75% cheese with no pickled carrots and peppers, andliterally a single slice of avocado at the far end. I hate wasting food but I just couldn?t eat this last order, tried to getmy kid to eat it and it ended up in the garbage uneaten.
