I?ll never step inside that gas station again after today . Worst customer I then had in awhile. You speak to the staff there in... a kind manner , they don?t even respond and act like you owe them something. Today I went in there at 1 pm whoever the lady thatwas at the register today. Has horrible customer service skills !!! Read more
Terrible customer service. Employees are extremely abusive towards customers, and the manager Gina is incredibly unpleasant and... rude. She shouldn't be in customer service, or management. She is a poor representation of the company. There is nothing to be"proud" of at this location. Do yourself a favor and do your business at the Shell station two lights down. Do not use the car wash at this location. Car wash scratched the top or my car including the sun roof and spoiler. Store would... do nothing about it was over 3k in damages. Go to fullers or any other car wash. Read more
Several pumps were not working and the pumps seem extremely difficult to use. Doesn't seem like a coincidence that all 3... people there had problems with it. Well, at least it is very well lit. Read more
