I?ll never step inside that gas station again after today . Worst customer I then had in awhile. You speak to the staff there in... a kind manner , they don?t even respond and act like you owe them something. Today I went in there at 1 pm whoever the lady thatwas at the register today. Terrible customer service. Employees are extremely abusive towards customers, and the manager Gina is incredibly unpleasant and... rude. She shouldn't be in customer service, or management. She is a poor representation of the company. There is nothing to be"proud" of at this location. Do yourself a favor and do your business at the Shell station two lights down. Do not use the car wash at this location. Car wash scratched the top or my car including the sun roof and spoiler. Store would... do nothing about it was over 3k in damages. Go to fullers or any other car wash. Read more
Several pumps were not working and the pumps seem extremely difficult to use. Doesn't seem like a coincidence that all 3... people there had problems with it. Well, at least it is very well lit. Read more
Beware of car wash! There is only two lousy dryers in the car wash and the track shifts your car out faster than it has a chance... to dry. Your car will be soaking wet upon exit. Told the employees inside and they gave us a code for a second wash. How is afree second wash going to help? Read more
Walked in to pay cash since I didn't have my card on me. Told me they're not taking any transactions. I asked them when they... were and the lady counting kept shaking her head at me all rude and the kid kept saying they're not taking any transactions, usea card outside. They were just super rude. If you're going to count the drawers and don't want anyone to bother you, lock thedoors. Luckily I made it to the Meijer gas station in St.Charles with no gas. Read more
Rarely a wait to gas up at the BP. Pumps are in good working order. Lighting is very good for night fill ups. Cashiers are... generally pleasant and always professional. Many people use the car wash here and it is normally well maintained. Read more
Nice facilities and bathroom. Free vacuums aren?t very powerful.
