I feel like this Wendy's is going down hill. We had a lot of issues ordering, almost got double charged because I wanted a milk... with my combo... and then my fries and chicken came out cold. The poor cashier seemed to be brand new and no one was helpingher. I ended up ordering half my order with the app and the other half via the terminal since the app didn't offer all theoptions. Food was old and cold. My kid wouldn't even eat it. ???? It's like this pretty much every time.
My mom was out running errands while I was at home and for lunch she brought back Wendy?s for us for lunch. She had ordered a... salad for herself and a 7 or 8 dollar burger for me with a large fries. However, as we were setting up our food, I could notfind my burger. My mom then phoned the Wendy?s for her money back and gave me her salad to eat, the employee on the phone thenyelled at her and hung up. My mom then tried to call the Wendy?s back multiple times but the employees blocked her calls. Mymom decided to go over to the Wendy?s for a refund and called the police (in case the employees got aggressive). And also took apicture of our food in case the employees denied serving us. When pulling up into the Wendy?s parking lot, the female Hispanicemployee who had yelled at my mom on the phone, along with some other employees, began jeering, shouting at her, and takingpictures of her license plate from the drive through window. The police showed up to question them but they denied everything,even saying they weren?t serving salad that day. My mom showed the police the picture of our lunch, but gave up and left as theemployees kept denying everything. Read more
Good news is they are open late. Nice staff and quick service. Bad news is my double cheese burger was ice cold. The bun must... have been baked in 2019. Dry and stale. Maybe that?s why they are so fast. Read more
Served meat that appeared to be more than 3 days old. So burnt it was ashy. Place is absolutely disgusting.
Wendy's has just cheated out like every other fast food place. Even the frostys suck now.
This Wendy?s has slow and inconsistent service. They don?t understand simple instructions and their ?sizes? are always changing.... Their large drinks can be anything from 16 to 32 oz depending on the day. They get orders wrong often and are snappy andunhelpful if you ask about it or ask for it to be corrected. I?m done visiting this location. My last five orders have all beenscrewed up and after asking about an error yet another employee got snippy with me. Drive a few extra miles and avoid this badlocation. Read more
