Called to order manager special but was told that there was no cupon for that so ordered large pizza was told that it would be... 35 min. I had to give the kid the card number 3 time before he got itWas called 15 min later saying card was declined. Told themi would pay cash an hour later i called and was told computer had deleted order and they had no way to get ahold of me. Noapology or anything. Read more
The only fast food place in town that has some competence and doesn't screw up. A miracle.
Ordered online it said you order will be ready in 20-25 minutes. Waited over an hour for a medium pizza. One item. Unbelievable
I have been ordering from the Batavia Domino's for years. My orders are always accurate and ready on time. Deserves six stars!

The ordering web site is unbelievably bad. For a company this big, and an easy looking on line system, it is terrible. It took... me 25 minutes to place my order. It let me quickly order the items that we had ordered before, but it kept refusing to bring upother pages of other items. When I finally was able to get the entire order done it would not go to the check out page. I wasreally close to getting food from another restaurant. No matter how good or inexpensive it is, the time getting the order placedleaves me not enjoying my food. Read more
Don't have a phone to get app. So 2 lg. Pizzas cost me $32. For this price I can go to any pizza place in town. I ordered a medium pizza FROM the Batavia Dominos with pepperoni and ham pizza had 3 pieces of ham on it was the WORST PIZZA I... EVER HAD I ordered online was suppose to get 20% off when I got there and asked about the 20%off everyone acted like theydidn't know what I was talking about .I got the chicken wings 6 piece 3 of them didn't have sauce on it and I had to buy Bleucheese they don't give out Bleu cheese for wings every other pizza place gives out free container of Bleu cheese when u order ofwings NOT DOMINOS.would not recommend that any one goes there.
