Wasn't acknowledged for 10 minutes, no salad with meals, left my leftovers on table, while still in batavia downs called... fortunes and asked to hold my chicken French, came back for my food and was told that it was thrown away. Dissatisfied, I didn'tappreciate paying for 1/2 of meal!, worked in restaurants for 40 yrs and always kept forgotten food til end of shift, so glad ipaid $21 for 4 ounces of chicken!!! Read more

The service was terrible! We ordered an appetizer and salad came out and never got the app. The meals were below average. Pork... tenderloin was tough and Demi sauce way over cooked. The chicken French was flavorless. Server was less than adequate!! Neverasked if we wanted dessert etc. definitely needs some training. Slam bam thank you mam! Sorry Margo was not working. She isawesome and would have made sure we were happy. Read more

First the pros: Atmosphere and decor were nice, service was good too. I had a very good glass of Pinot noir. My husbands steak... was cooked to his liking, as ordered. The cons: calamari appetizer was not very good. I think the fryer oil was not the righttemp, it was greasy and not very crisp. Very salty too. I ordered chicken Marsala and it was so salty it was difficult to eat. It tasted like instant soup mix. The rice pilaf had the taste of super salty artificial flavoring too. It was a shame becausethe chicken itself was cooked well, but the sauce made it virtually inedible. Mashed potatoes were over mixed and pasty, notfluffy. Caprese salad tasted ok overall but had some disappointments. Tomatoes were pale and crisp like you’d get from agrocery store in the winter, even though it was summer and fresh tomatoes are available. No fresh basil either, more like achopped basil in oil. I would not eat here again. If you just want a steak, it might be ok. For traditional Italian food, you’d be better off going downtown to Roman’s or Main St. Pizza. Read more

When my family first walked in, the two women at the host stand barely acknowledged us and seemed grumpy. Susan waited on us and... it made up for the initial seating. She was delightful and attentive! The fish fry was tasty and it was a very decent portion. The lasagna was fine, but the sauce was a bit sweet. Read more

This place was absolutely fantastic!! Our waitress, Tammi, was perfection personified. She attended to every little detail... without hesitation and we could find NO fault with her. Cloth tablecloths and napkins with water and wine glasses set up at atable is very hard to find these days. You get it here! The food is out of this world delicious. All I can say is thateverything, from the wine to the salad, from the main course to the after-dinner coffees was a truly sublime and refreshingexperience. You will not be disappointed with this place....at all! Read more
