Walked in to order a small ice coffee. Waited at the counter, lady with attitude came and walked me over to the order screens.... Told her I just want a black coffee. She proceeded to place my order on the screen. Printed a ticket then walked over to theregister, took my cash and got my coffee with a rude tone. Im not tech savvy. 24 hour breakfast available which is rare in our area. Food was fresh to order and good. Our only issue is a staff member... waiting to instruct everyone who came in to use the ordering machines, and not have order taken by paid staff. I don't work atMcDonald's and I shouldn't have to do their job unless I'm getting paid, or at very least a discount. We did NOT use the ordermachines but waited for another staff member to take our order. Read more
The manager Connlan is the best, McDonald's needs more management like him. My family and I had gotten a family meal from... another location and it was horrible.. we were already far away from the other McDonald's, but I stopped in his restaurant andtold him what happened. He was very understanding and apologetic, he really took care of me and my family with new food. Verynice of him!! East main St McDonald's is the only one I will go to now. McDonald's hasn't had decent food since the 90's .. just go there when I need something fast.. not even really that cheap... anymore either. The quality of their beef (if it can even legally be called beef anymore) is on a steady decline. So it's notlike I eat there often... maybe once or twice a year.. especially if I'm constipated. I would much rather eat at Taco Bell. Read more
Did a mobile order and not only did the speedy service say it all but the shape the sandwiches were in, could definitely tell... they were premade and put in the warmer for dinner rush. Friendly service though ???? Read more
Update: I order the same thing every morning but instead today I decided to order using a person... and they told Me that I... wasn't able to substitute bacon.. I said I do it in the app.. he said well the app is different!!!! They put half hot fries ontop of my nasty fries. Update! 5 stars since the manger went above to make sure my breakfast sandwich is made correctly! Thankyou! I had an issue all week and now its fixed everytime she works. I appreciate it!! Read more
