Update; I ordered medium roast beef and the 2 for 7 gyros. I looked on my account and was billed the same amount 4 different... times for the same amount. This is not by accident. I will be contacting the store and my bank. This is not good practice forany business. Well the medium roast beef was very good but the bottom part of the bun was soggy but was alright. Got 3 roastbeef sliders 2 we're fine the 3 one had no meat just jalapenos on it. Got the new chicken salad sandwich which looked wonderfulin the picture. I thought about taking pictures of it and should have. I cut the chicken salad sandwich into quarters and therewas only enough chicken to fill only one quarter. Granted it tasted good but for 10 bucks for a sandwich it had better be morethan a chilled chicken slider. Sad. Read more
Had to wait in line for a while then be told that what I was ordering was unavailable. If you are out of Turkey please post it... somewhere especially if you will not have it until your truck arrives. My husband ordered something for himself and the guy whotook the order was very rude! Got to the window to pay and pickup and the order was wrong! Terrible experience that day. We haveeaten here several times since they renovated and have had a nice experience with the exception of that day. Read more
I normally don?t leave negative reviews but there were a few things I saw that looked like safety and health risks. There was a... giant pool of water covering most of the area around the drink fountains. Many of the sauce packets were busted and sticky. Thetrash was literally overflowing and many tables were dirty but were cleaning before I left. The employees themselves were allnice and sweet. I noticed that an obviously new employee wasn?t given much guidance from their manager. The building over alljust gave me the ick. They also seemed very understaffed I only saw 3 employees and one manager the whole time including the onethat looked like her first day. There were more registers than employees. Read more
The food is good, but the time it takes them to make basic stuff with very little to no customers is insane! If they can... increase the speed of service I can bump this review up. Update 6/11: The speed that food is coming out now is incredible. Nolonger does it take 45 mins to get a sandwich and fries. Thank you for fixing this!! Read more
