Awful service ! Special was large pizza 5 toppings 7.99 so we ordered ( 3 lg.).$ 33. worth .Well when order finally came, we... received 3 med. size ! When my husband pointed the mistake out to women in charge he was told that we would have to pay $33 fornew order and that it was our made mistake and waved her hand as if to shoo him out of store ! 9/2/22 9:15pm If I could give zero stars, I would. We walked in and were kindly helped by Bo. Bo helped me to pick out a... vegetarian option pizza and my husband got one with meat on. I kindly asked Bo to please make sure that there is no meatutensils or anything meat near my pizza, as I understand that this type of order is unusual for this area, he assured me hewould. We took a seat while waiting on or order. Bo then asked the ladies in the kitchen to be mindful about the vegetarianorder. They completely lost it and all three of them yelled at him saying it is too much work and how he should do it himself. Ihave never felt so embarrassed for another person. My pasta didn't fill the tin even halfway. It doesn't even seem to fill the bottom of the tin. I called in and was told it was a... "standard amount," even though I've eaten at this location before and I usually get way more. No offer to remake it. No couponor raincheck. Our money got wasted. I?ve ordered a few time and it always takes forever. We ordered once for an event at work a few hours in advance. The event was... nearly over when we called and ask where our pizza was and they said they hadn?t even started on it. Takes forever to get thruon the phone. Wouldn?t suggest. Read more
I have been in a few times now and have had an awful experience. Specific orders containing allergies, dominos screwed up the... order and put what your allergic to on the pizza. When you try to get them to fix it, the employees give you a ton of attitudeand smart off with their customers. I understand policies, but I don?t understand being completely rude to paying customers whenyou can handle it in a calm manner. I recently placed an order online and paid for it. It was delivered and the pizza wasmissing 3 toppings ordered. The delivery guy was extremely nice and said he would get another one. I called dominoes for anadditional order of sauce, and was rudely yelled at for asking for sauce to pay for it. Love the pizza but for the expensiveprice and bad service, it?s not worth the hassle. Very good Pizza and it is a family oriented place. It takes a while to get it pizza but I see that they try their best.... Considering they are very short staffed and don't have many people that are able to work on the oven or to make the pizzas butoverall they do a great job. I feel if they had more employees then it would be faster but then again they are very busy from 4pm to about 9 pm every night is what I was told. Read more
