Food is good but they need more staff on hand, lines get backed up there are days I pass up due to this problem.
There food is really good . There management is terrible and their employees are rude, condescending and exhibit patronizing... behavior towards customers . Management needs to teach or train them on how to approach and speak to customers appropriately andrespectfully . Bad behavior should not be rewarded . Read more

Food is usually fresh, but service is usually slow. They through in a fresh pie for my wait, which resulted in the 5th star!

Fifteen minutes just to get to the window and hear they hadn't put our chicken on. They gave us grilled chicken instead of... breaded. Fries tasted weird. I was really, really happy about the onion rings until I popped one in my mouth and it was weirdlystale and chewy. My burger was literally built upside down, with the veggies on the bottom and a paper-thin burger patty on top,which had a weird taste, too. I feel like I got more done sitting in the back seat of our car, knitting maybe six rows while wewaited, than these three guys got done in their entire workday. I get fast food is stressful, genuinely. These men spent theirholiday serving in an underpaid, necessary field instead of being with their families, and that's commendable. But when it getsto the point where a family of three has to throw all of their food away because it tastes wrong, that's when food safety kindof becomes questionable. At worst we ate old or unsafe food, and at best, we wasted money and wound up hungry at the end of thenight. Read more

Almost every time I try to go here between 11pm and 1am i get told "the system is updating. At first I thought it was a midnight... thing so I ve tried earlier and later and barely get to order food. Tonight I was told it would take 30 minutes and when Ipulled out I noticed 3or 4 employees sitting in the same car together out in the parking lot.
