Not only was the food old and horrible but this wasn't the first time this has happened to me here. There has been times my... husband ordered at window and didn't give him his whole meal. Also when I went inside to eat I had use the restroom because I'mpregnant and when I went to the bathroom it was absolutely filthy like it hasn't been cleaned in months not just that but when Iwent to grab for toilet paper there was someone's used bloody tampon logged inside the dispenser and went flying across my legsI was so freaking upset thinking about how many germs just got on me being pregnant. This place is horrible and not clean and tothink if the bathroom is this horrible you gotta know the rest of the place is like that as well. The service has gotten horrible. Currently been sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins. I get up to order and the girl literally... says to me it?s going to be a wait on your food, in the middle of me ordering. Wth?? The second lady was nicer but my food wasoverpriced and not worth what I paid for it Read more
Decent food, nice clean restaurant, we couldn't figure out why it wasn't busier. Batesville doesn't know what they have. I won't... even go in a KFC in LR. Read more
This is literally the worst place I've ever been to you have employees yelling at customers you have 2 employees that look like... they're Married and fighting In the back you got a guy smoking a cigarette back there With one of the employees quitting andwalking out. There is probably 12 people in here that have been in here for an hour waiting on their order. The lady at thefront is trying to talk ppl out of there order because of how backed up they are. They keep telling us it's because they don'thave enough people but there's like 8 people back there it's a full house. Read more
It was messy bad service at the desk my chicken was cold i got food poisoning me and my fmaily hated it soo much we left without... finishing our meal the potpie tasted microwaved there were no people (for good reason) it was all around the worst experience ofmy life and i thought kfc was a good restaurant never going there again my first and last time at this establishment Read more
I ordered a Big Box 3 Piece dinner with 1 ORIGINAL BREAST ,A DRUM AND A THIGH WITH 2 sides a biscuit and a drink for $13.19 WHEN... I GOT HOME MY HUSBAND WAS MADDER THEN 3 KINDS OF HELL. THEY PUT 2 SCRAWNY PIECES OF CHICKEN IN THE BOX A WING AND A LEG TATERSAND GRAVY AND A BISCUIT. THIS MAKES 3 TIMES THEY HAVE GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG. I have to say this visit was the best I have had from KFC. It has been over 6 years since I have eaten from this brand. I have... recently moved and thought I would try it again in a new state. ???? I have to admit the service was very good and the food wasactually cooked!! Everything was fresh and hot. I heard it's under new management... whatever it is... I'm sold on KFC again. Read more
Chicken was crispy, but wispy. However, the ranch boosted the flavor to a considerable taste. The drive-thru service was weirdly... fast, but acceptable. I can't really rate atmosphere, but the looks make it seem as a 2/5. Read more
