Staff was slow. They stopped taking orders because I thought the counter person was going to help them get caught up in the... kitchen. Instead, he just stood there, not helping anyone and not taking any orders. It became clear that they had him stoptaking orders so their numbers would look good on how long it takes to get an order out. I went through the drive thru yesterday and the menu was messed up so they asked me to drive to the first window, when I go... there I ordered a 4 for $4 but he charged me for the $5 biggie bag which wasn?t a problem if it would?ve been what I paid extrafor. Horrible service. Pulled up to place order, told to wait. From that moment until I received my very simple order it was 15... minutes. The car in front had pulled away when I gave my order.
