Staff was slow. They stopped taking orders because I thought the counter person was going to help them get caught up in the... kitchen. Instead, he just stood there, not helping anyone and not taking any orders. It became clear that they had him stoptaking orders so their numbers would look good on how long it takes to get an order out. I went through the drive thru yesterday and the menu was messed up so they asked me to drive to the first window, when I go... there I ordered a 4 for $4 but he charged me for the $5 biggie bag which wasn?t a problem if it would?ve been what I paid extrafor. Horrible service. Pulled up to place order, told to wait. From that moment until I received my very simple order it was 15... minutes. The car in front had pulled away when I gave my order. This evening i ordered three different chicken sandwiches, on all three the chicken was rock solid. It seemed as if it was from... earlier that morning and they had thrown them in the microwave before making the sandwiches. This place has went down hill. The Chilli was awful the last 3 times that my husband and I went, the strawberry salad was real... bad today. It was bad lettuce in it , bad strawberries in it, too.the service was good today but the other 2 times we went I didnot think they were even going to wait on Us. The building is real run down . I went to the lady room and the stall doors wouldnot even stay shut. You could not lock the stall at all. The hand dryer almost did not come on. I doubt if I ever go back.
