After harassing the drive through workers to feed the truck driver driving long hrs and just getting something to eat that's not... gas station food we finally got some attention to get food that was of course barley cooked. First I?ve been to this location twice now first time (Breakfast Time) we went is when they first opened and it was completely... disgusting. The second time (Dinner) it was the exact same way the Coke we got both times does not taste anything like Coke.Also the food was absolutely awful our Whoppers were not even close to being done and the fries were cold. The breakfast wereceived was very cold and nasty. I really hope things get better for this New Burger King here in town. Read more
This happened 3 times, first off the people at the windows are very nice! But the people inside if it's busy for them that is... about 6 or 7,orders.they'll give you cold food! And they will change your order if you order a double thy will give you asingle, ones it's a mistake twice ok! Third time* becomes common Practice. Read more

So disappointed. They?ve been open for maybe a month or two and inside is dirty. I told them of the huge spill so no one would... fall?but they didn?t even care. Never cleaned it up. All tables are dirty. Drink area is dirty. Asked for those little cups toget ketchup, employee told me she didn?t know where they were. So had to just a coffee cup lid. It's open! This was written 1/6/2022, and we were there at around 2PM. Just stopped in with my son to get some whoppers at the... new Burger King! Everything was really good - food hot, fast and friendly service, and they were really out there workingcleaning tables and tending to the garbage cans, etc. This used to be the old Steak n' Shake. While they've basicallyremodeled the whole thing inside, they still kept the idea of the L-shaped counter so you can order and then go around to theend of the L (by the drink machines) to pickup your order. I didn't even have my drinks made when the order was up! They havethe freestyle drink machines, so you can get all types of combinations of stuff to drink - and they have sweet/unsweet tea aswell. They also have the flame broiler with a view-window on the side so you can see the flames, and a burger on the ceilingmade as a light source. Lots of windows as well so you can see outside. I took some pictures - the place looks nice and it hasplenty of seating, and none of the tables are super long like the old ones from the last place (which were hard to get in andout of). Read more
The drink machine either isn?t cleaned or isn?t rinsed out if it is cleaned. Every sprite we?ve gotten from the batesville... location tastes and smells like cleaning supplies and the doctor ppr doesn?t taste right either.
