Not enough staff for hostess service but we were able to eat in as long as we ordered for carry out. We ordered carry out. We... waited an hour for 3 pizzas and 2 rondos. Another large family ordered at the same time as us and already finished eating theirdinner......not sure what to think. Read more

Really disappointed evening of 6/24/22. Two of us went for dinner, love LaRosas?s and hadn?t been in to eat there in over a... year. Guy who seated us gave us a table and chairs even tho plenty of booths available, and when my husband tried to ask himabout it, he had put out menus on the table and was already down the aisle and gone. Waitress was Savannah - we ordered pretzelbits and cheese, which she said would be right out. Next thing we knew, she put out food in front of us. I asked about thepretzel bites (we had wanted to eat them while waiting for our pizzas). She laughed and said she?d ?seen them back there,? thenbrought them out. I was eating pizza, needed more napkins than just the one my utensils were wrapped in, looked all over forSavannah, no luck, so I got up and went to the counter and asked for some. We both finished our drinks and wanted refills butdid not see Savannah until she plopped our bill in front of my husband while he was eating and said he could pay her right thenor meet her at the cash register. So he stopped eating and paid her, we got boxes for the rest and left. Two other serverstaking care of people around us looked over at us several times, my husband hoped they noted our drinks and would tell Savannahor something but no luck. She did not appear to have any other tables. Too many issues. We love LaRosa?s but the incredibly badservice drops our rating from what could easily have been a 5. Have dined in for lunch/dinner and had takeout. Food is always good. Only poorer experiences due to short staffing. I like... adding a light bake pizza to my to go order and then freeze to have later. Read more
They stayed after hours to take care of our large group. Pizza was great and the server went above and beyond.
