This is our FAVORITE McDonald?s. This family owned franchise is the best I have ever been to, in many different ways. We stop... whenever we are passing back by the exit from Blue Ash Ohio. Because it is right off the interstate we stopped the first time bychance, but make a point to go there now whenever we are in the area ( we live in Columbus Indiana). While It may sound silly,yet their buns are the fluffiest and softest buns I have ever had at a McDonald?s. Fries are always perfect, shakes, Big Macs.They always have our order right, always friendly faces. Woman?s restroom always clean. It?s worth a stop! And no otherMcDonald?s compares now! Read more
Usually the drive through employees are friendly. There is one young lady that stands in front of the pickup window with her... back to you the whole time. Talking and laughing and not recognizing your presence. I don't love that. Read more

I thought the manager on shift was hilarious! He treated the customers with a bubbly smile, and joked around with the old man... regulars when we stopped in for breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our time :) Read more
The server was the most unmotivated person I have ever met. Very gloomy feeling, not a "I'm lovin' it" vibe.
