We ordered the dinner box this evening. First off nobody answers the phone to order. So we walk into place the order. Once we... got home I realized that our order was not correct. They gave us all breadsticks, no pizza. When we call to report the incident,the store will not answer their phone. We keep getting pushed through to an answering service which only wanted to transfer usback to the store who won't answer their phone. Terrible service and a waste of money. Read more
Ordered a pizza online, 90 mins went by. No pizza, no text updates, no process on the online order tracking. Called the #, got... the run around. Drove to the pizza hut to see what was going on (were at 2 hrs late at this point), and the store wasnt evenopen. Pizza Hut is terrible. Peace out. Im done with yall. Read more
Do not ever waste your time or money with this place! I called to place a order and when I arrived it was closed! Then trying to... call back to get a refund they keep trying to transfer me but I end up back with someone to order. The second lady I spoke aboutmy order had the audacity to talk over me when I was trying to get my point across. She told me that I should have picked up theorder by a certain time while actually sitting outside the store! Then transferred me to another person who asked for my orderagain! Drove by on my way to Kroger and am extremely concerned for the food quality and safety. I originally wasn't going to mention... it, but, but I've witnessed an employee out on break in the front of the store, multiple times, clearly wearing Pizza Hutattire, wearing what appeared to be FLIPFLOPS or some other open shoe. It's quite nasty and I'm concerned people who eat fromhere aren't getting the most sanitary conditions. I will refuse to order from here and will inform my friends and family to NOTorder at this location. Someone who works there is potentially spreading foot fungus into their food. Awful pizza. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza with marinara. Got an Alfredo sauce Hawaiian pizza. Yuck. Alfredo and pineapples do not... mix. Also the cheese pizza was made with the Alfredo sauce not marinara. There was only one person working the entire store.Worst pizza ever. Never again. Read more
If you live in Batesville and enjoy gambling save yourself the trip to one of the casinos, just place an order with our local... pizza hut. House odds are they take your money and don't even attempt to start cooking your order, much less deliver anything toyour house. It's an impressive business model, pay them for doing nothing and when you drive to the location get told "oh well".Save your time and effort people. I rated them one star only because that is the lowest score I can give them. I would haverated them a -50.69 since that's how much I lost at their casino. Read more
