Went there yesterday at 10:30 sat in the drive through for ten mins or so, drove up to the window to politely ask if they were... open and a woman (who seemed to be a manager) opened the window and said in a disgusting tone ?we are LITERALLY not open? thenslammed the window in my face. Went in at 5:18 to order Taco Bell and the lady said they weren?t serving Taco Bell because she was leaving. Every time we have... visited this location, the service is terrible. One time we went to order kfc chicken and they were out of chicken. We love TacoBell and kfc but the service at this location is terrible. Read more
This is literally the worst Taco Bell you'll ever eat at!!! I'm not saying the staff are bad people but they are very bad at... their Job! I don't know why I keep going there but every time I do they mess something up on top of you having to wait 30 plusmin for your food! I have came to conclusion that it has to have something to do with management because it has been going onfor years! Staff was GREAT! Friendly and helpful. However walking inside because I forgot to ask for hot sauce I did not notice the handy... cap ramp due to walking first from the otherside and could not see the yellow (side walk should have been painted also) Itripped and as I'm falling I still was not able to distinguish the regular side walk and trying to catch myself I fell to anearby car. I'm pregnant, not that this should matter, but instantly feeling pain and looking back can only imagine how manyothers could have easily fell. My back was hurting for a good while and eased by my car back warmer but stomach still crampingdue to the fumble. Please fix this! Read more
Let me start by saying in the past I was not a fan of Taco Bell Greendale. Sloppy food, slow service, missing items in bag,... overall poor. Now it seems they have turned it around! Food quality has been spot on! Service led by Rhonda has beenexceptional! Long lines are a breeze at Greendale TB! I still check my bag before I leave but have had no issues as of late!Good job on taking Greendale Taco Bell to a higher level! Read more
Slowest drive thru ever! 4 cars in front of me when I first pulled up and I waited 19 min before I placed my order and 4 min to... get my food. Apparently they are short help. Don?t eat there unless you have all the time in the world. Read more
