Quality of food needs to be better . Most fast food going downhill fast .
Watched two workers in back. Stood there for 4-5 mins. Walked out. Nothing was prepped. So I?m sure it would have taken 30 mins... like other reviewers said. So don?t stop unless you plan on yelling out to get waited on. Owner needs to really read reviews bcit seems to be a problem thank goodness I don?t live in the area. Placed order at drive-thru. Asked for 2 meals... breakfast sandwich, tots,drink. Employee çuts me off and says drive around.... Did not listen only charged for sandwich. When I asked again for the full meal she shuts window. When she comes back the pricewent from 10 to 20... fine I pay for food and ask for ketchup and jelly she hands me ketchup and shuts widow. Needless to saythere are 2 sandwiches and 1 order of tots. She was very rude and I will not be back... Owners should send secret shoppers!!! Read more
Was very disappointed wiith this Hardees recently. It took about 30 minutes to get our food and had to come back to the counter... several times as they did not have napkins, jelly, or the order just right. I also noticed (other than the young girl who tookour order how no one was working with a happy face there. It was like they lost their dog or something. Other customers weregetting upset with the long wait and similar experience. Terrible visit all around.... Read more
