I pull up and order. I pay, i go to get my food and as soon as i pull up i'm told to pull around and wait for my food. I do an... there are 4 other vehicles in front of me waiting for food. The general manager may want to get a look into this. No, the drivethrough service time that is reported on its daily report it not accurate. It's probably a good 5 minutes longer than what thesystem is showing due to just telling vehicles to pull forward and wait. A month later and still same service. With again 10 orso vehicles in line. One after another after another pushed forward to wait for out food. General manager that drive throughservice time is a fraction of what is being sent reported up. Read more
What do you expect from a fast food restaurant that is under staff and what staff they do have they have the worst attitudes.... Definitely not customer friendly. Food is horrible and not worth the money unless you have no other choices near by and youneed a quick bite. Still would rather real food but fast food does the trick, followed by sick gut, and than hunger again. Read more
Generally service, quality, and speed are all good for this location. I will say sometimes they get busy and it can take 10... minutes to get through the drive thru but thats true for everywhere when they are busy. Generally they get the food right, theone thing I have issues with is occasionally my sauces for nuggets and fries are missing. I took a star off for that becausegenerally it's take out or delivery and I don't notice until I am home. Read more
This McDonald?s is the absolute worst! I have had to take multiple breaks from going to this location due to consistent bad... experiences. It?s not a once in a while thing, it?s an every single time I go problem. Today I ordered a spicy nugget 10 piecemeal. And large Dr Pepper and bacon McDouble on 8/24 at 6:45pm. I ended up getting the wrong drink, no sauce with the nuggets,and my spicy nuggets were partially regular nuggets cause they didn?t have enough for all 10 I assume! plus the fries haveclearly been sitting there for 30 minutes + minutes, I worked at McDonald?s and know the taste of old fries, trust me. ThisMcDonald?s is always the worst and never accurate, they always give me nuggets stuck together not cooked all the way too. Theperson who brought out my parked order was hitting her vape on the way in, like for real? And why was I parked if my fries werestill cold and old and my spicy nuggets weren?t complete? I get it, McDonald's isn't exactly fine dining, but this was the single worst, most greasy burger I have EVER seen. There is... literally an actual puddle of grease on my seat where the bag was. Not just some grease, but a literal pool of disgustinggrease. I only ordered a single sandwich too. No fries. Nothing else. One single burger. The river of grease leaked all over myclothes, my carpet. It's almost comical how disgusting this thing was. My stomach regrets instantly what little I ate. If Icould give negative stars i would.
