Staff is very friendly although 3/4 of the time my order is incorrect. Whether I am the only one in line or behind ten cars I... never get what I paid for. Last time I received a large hot caramel macchiato that wasn't even halfway full, and a sausage bagelwith no sausage on it. I now drive across town to the other Dunkin or avoid Dunkin Donuts all together. Read more
The only reason I go here is cause my mother likes the coffee. You screw up my order every time.
Can't go wrong with Dunkins coffee. Service was quick and efficient.
Not sure what happened but this location is now terrible. I come to Bath once a month for years and I have always come here for... breakfast. The past 4 or 5 times though, the service has been terrible, each time I was given the wrong order and this time Ididn't even get an apology when I went back for my correct order, instead I was given a smug look as if it was somehow my faultand the employee didnt say a word. The time before that, I sat in the drivethru lane, that has no possible exit once you are init, for 30+ minutes before I got to the window, only to be given the wrong order. Thankfully, I learned that there is a newlocation about 3 minutes away cause I will never be going to this location again. Read more
