Staff is very friendly although 3/4 of the time my order is incorrect. Whether I am the only one in line or behind ten cars I... never get what I paid for. Last time I received a large hot caramel macchiato that wasn't even halfway full, and a sausage bagelwith no sausage on it. I now drive across town to the other Dunkin or avoid Dunkin Donuts all together. Read more
The only reason I go here is cause my mother likes the coffee. You screw up my order every time.
Can't go wrong with Dunkins coffee. Service was quick and efficient.
Not sure what happened but this location is now terrible. I come to Bath once a month for years and I have always come here for... breakfast. The past 4 or 5 times though, the service has been terrible, each time I was given the wrong order and this time Ididn't even get an apology when I went back for my correct order, instead I was given a smug look as if it was somehow my faultand the employee didnt say a word. The time before that, I sat in the drivethru lane, that has no possible exit once you are init, for 30+ minutes before I got to the window, only to be given the wrong order. Coffee was good, but the service was slow. They should be better at serving multiple customers.
Abysmal service. Bearded guy with blue nail polish screws up the order. Doesn't ring up for two orders each of bagel bites and... didn't ring up my blood orange refresher. Girls behind the counter by drive thru wasted time blabbing instead of payingattention to the order. Didn't put hash browns in the bag. At least I got a free large mocha. Josh and Craig were lovely as were the other 2 other guys helping me today(shorter stature fellow and a dark haired fellow) all... super nice with handling my issue with a disgruntled employee from a DIFFERENT store. very caring employees here. made me mydrink perfectly. .thnx 4 letting me sample cold foam(wee bitsweet but it was good!).
