Worst Dunkin experience even. It was late afternoon and we ordered and asked them to heat the stuff we ordered but they ignored... our request and gave us the coffee which wasn?t even close to warm and croissants. I have gone to this dunkin just about once a week every week since last august. The girl Alexa there is very good and definitely... deserves a raise. The gentleman who I think is a manager is also really good. I can?t say the same for the others?everyone seemsto have been rotated out from last year and most of the new employees lack important skills. I don?t know why this is as Ihardly had any issues before. This is a convenient spot for me to go get coffee and it would be a shame to have to go fartheraway for a cup. All in all, select employees deserve a big raise and some really do not know what they are doing. Read more
