Worst Dunkin experience even. It was late afternoon and we ordered and asked them to heat the stuff we ordered but they ignored... our request and gave us the coffee which wasn?t even close to warm and croissants. And when asked they simply said you shouldhave asked us before. The staff is good but the owner was rude. I?m not going to this place ever. Read more

I have gone to this dunkin just about once a week every week since last august. The girl Alexa there is very good and definitely... deserves a raise. The gentleman who I think is a manager is also really good. I can?t say the same for the others?everyone seemsto have been rotated out from last year and most of the new employees lack important skills. I don?t know why this is as Ihardly had any issues before. This is a convenient spot for me to go get coffee and it would be a shame to have to go fartheraway for a cup. All in all, select employees deserve a big raise and some really do not know what they are doing. Read more
I can take it or leave this coffee stop because the shops near me are expensive, look unkempt and the donuts are transported to... the locations from a central baking location. I like to stop while I'm on vacation as I prefer it over Starbucks or if I'mtravelling and need a quick cold variety. Read more

I put 5 stars mainly because of location. I didn't go in, doors were closed. Donut I got was not fresh (it was Sunday late... afternoon though), coffee was watery kind, but I was OK with it, I didn't want strong that time anyway. I used drivethrough. Service was fast. I liked the location with plenty of parking, the while area seemed very appealing to eyes, have mecozy feeling. The store seemed nice inside too when I looked through windows.
