Great food & drinks, friendly service ?
Went yesterday July 27/22 at 6:00 pm. Seated..not busy ..5 tables. Ordered the Classic burger. Sooooo disappointed! Long wait... for food...when it came it was the smallest meat patty ever on a large bun The meat was tasteless and absolutely dry...frieswere cool.but acceptable. Hm?. I was disappointed? not what I thought classic burger was. Lukewarm seafood chowder, spilled all over the plate before I... even got it, no spoon to eat it , no water, no napkins, no cutlery. Waitresses were extremely curt and rude , the blonde and therainbow haired girl acted like we were putting them out, at a restaurant?! I get we ordered light, we just wanted a quick biteto eat before going home and felt like that may have ruined the service I should hav received. Luckily they only charged us fora piña colada that we ordered as a virgin mock tail for our kid but we?re charged for it as if it did have alcohol, hopefullyit didn?t. Live and learn I guess. Moncton has the best classic burger, go there. Read more
Food was OK tonight but nowhere as good as it usually is. Service was also strange as they forgot an item from our order and... never brought it, even after mentioning it to the one who brought our food out. We were never asked how our food was, neveroffered a refill and we saw a few orders getting delivered to the wrong tables around us. They were probably just off their gametonight, it wasn't like that the other times we went. There was a few unusual components today, but it shouldn't excuse a lackof professionalism. Read more
Walked in this place around 3pm and it was very laid back and quiet. Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and fast. The... atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. This may be because we came during a downtime. The burger was delicious and the fries werevery good. I'll be back when I'm in town again. Read more
The restaurant is located at the Best Western Plus hotel. Ordered takeout and got the roadhouse burger. Good portion and... condiments go well with the burger. Reminded me of The Works in Ontario, but patty could use a bit more flavour. Fries for thepoutine was a bit overcooked, but still tasted good. Popcorn Chicken was excellent with variety of sauces. If you like KFCpopcorn chicken, you'll like this. Strawberry Milkshake was excellent. One of the better burger joints in Bathurst area. Wouldeat here again. Read more
The head waitress was so composed while being swamped with orders and hungery customers. Truly nice to see her and her young... assistant manage something hard with grace and commitment. Does dedication make food taste better, I just may be convinced! Read more
