A couple of weeks ago we visited this restaurant. My husband and I had never eaten here. The couple we were with was more... familiar with 18 Steak. Can I just say WOW!! What a meal and what great wait staff. Christina was our server and she wasknowledgeable, professional and friendly!! She made sure we were comfortable, that we understood the choices of meats, etc. Sheeven helped suggest a wine for the table. This is not a place that we will go to all the time as the prices are higher but inthe end we felt like we received a delicious, quality meal and amazing customer service thanks to Christina!! Ordered the Australian Wagyu expecting top tier steak...it wasnt in my opinion. The steak had a lot of gristle and was tough. ... I could not even tell it was an $80 steak. Ambiance of the restaurant was nice as it over looks the river, and so was ourwaiter, but it isn't something I'd go back to again especially to spend $300 and leave dissatisfied. Read more

My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary we are pregnant with our first child, we wanted to just have fun. Me and my husband came for our 30th anniversary.The service was very good but our steaks were not warm and not the way we had... ordered . We ordered med rare and the steaks were very well done and very overcooked..The wine was chilled and very good but itput a huge damper on our Anniversary.I would have to consider coming back. I just left there and I have to say it was not worth it at all. Went there as a party of 5 to celebrate 3 birthdays. They do... nothing special for birthdays. We were there for 2.5 hours even though most of the tables were empty. Judging by how the foodserver gave us our plates, it seemed liked he didnt want to be there. All the steaks were cooked as ordered and the rest of thefood was not bad, they were good but nothing spectacular to come back for. Then we ordered the bread pudding and chocolate tortefor dessert. The bread pudding came in a nice bowl with the sauce poured by the server but the torte for some reason was in aplastic togo container and just tossed on the table. We were all confused on why they did that and we will never know becauseI'd rather spend my $479 elsewhere. Read more
