We lived in Oklahoma for almost 9 years and on a hunt for some awesome buffalo wings we tried BJ's there. We loved the wings,... many other dishes and of course the dessert. So when we moved to Baton Rouge we were excited to be 5 minutes from BJ's. So weplace our first to go order. The sauce was oily, the wings were not crisp, the nachos looked like they fell off a truck & ananimal ate most of the ingredients but did not like the chips. So we said maybe we should not get it to go. We decided to visitthis past Sunday. After waiting at the table for 15 minutes to be ignored by everyone, no management doing their job, we decidedto walk out. I would not attempt to dine at BJ's in Baton Rouge at the Louisiana Mall. Been here four times. Almost every time, (different server each time) we had to wait at least 10 mins before our drink orders... were taken. The first time, I had to get up and go look for our server and she was chatting it up with her co workers, and wehad to ask for refills. On top of the wait to get greeted the second time, our appetizers came out after our main meal, had toflag her down to ask for refills, and we waited about 15 minutes for a second beer. We brought it to the servers attention andshe said "it will be coming from the bar" as if she was waiting on the bartender. Watched her go up to the bar and immediatelygrab it because it was sitting there for a while. Third time the service was good. Last night we went, and if it wasn't forCaleb, who knows how much longer we would've had to wait to get our drink orders taken! But once Caleb got everything sorted outfor us, we had a lovely waitress. Last night when we went, it was rather busy so I kind of understand, but every other time, itwas not.
