Today's to go order was by far the worst meal I have ever gotten. I asked for no tomatoes on my burger and got absolutely... nothing on it except about a half a teaspoon of mustard. I also asked for no tomatoes on my husband's cheeseburger which wasdone but the lettuce that was on it appeared as if it was a month old. Wilted and brown. The burger patties tasted like thefrozen kind that I get from Winn Dixie for those times when I don't want to cook. The okra I ordered was not even completelycooked and all the okra around and under the container of ranch was a soggy inedible mess. I seen the exterior sign saidtoday's soup was seafood gumbo so decided to add it to my order when I got inside the building. Had I known that I would have towait an additional 15 minutes for a container of roux, okra and 3 small shrimps I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. Andthe restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 8 occupied tables. Of course the lack of patrons could be due to the horrible food. Iwould have been better off just throwing $47 out the window on my way home. Absolutely disappointing. Will not eat here again. Read more
Terrible service. The service staff can't give the correct food to the correct customers. But don't worry they will just take... back the order and give it to another customer, so at least they don't waste food. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE Read more
Every time I've been here the food and service have been exceptional. It can get very busy, and the wait for food can be rather... long, but it's understandable given how busy it is and very much worth it. My fave lunch spot. Read more
I have not been to Brew backers in a few years and decided to bring a guest as I was exited for my guest to try BB?s... awesomeness. They offer sweetened and unsweetened freshly brewed tea. The onion rings are unique and delicious.They do not fallapart like most do as the batter is a different consistency than what other restaurants use. I recommend the O rings over theloaded fries. The Oh rings are oh oh, it?s magic you know!?! The loaded fries are not worth the price unless you?re craving itparticularly. So the onion rings and loaded fries totaled around $17. The cowboy burger has many toppings and they work welltogether. Kinda like Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan (queue Cowboy by Kid Rock). The shrimp Poboy used to be loaded with shrimp. Itis no longer. The food here is decent at best. We ordered 2 side salads with our meals and the lettuce was so old and wilted we had to pick... half of it out. It's surprising they would even serve something so gross to a customer. Doubt we'll ever return. Read more
Went on 9/6 Saturday night. This was my family's 1st visit. It was pretty busy. We were going to the Main Event next door for my... little girl so, we decided to eat here 1st. We were greeted & seated. Nice atmosphere , clean, cozy. The food we had was prettygood &, came out in a timely manner. My Baked Potato came with no butter, chives or, bacon when, I asked for a fully loaded oneduring my ordering. I had to wait until my waitress came back. That took a while. I just didn't care for the waitress much. Shedidn't come to check on us often to take away plates or ask if we needed drink refills. We only had one drink the whole timewhich, agitated me. Other than that, it was pleasant. Decent prices. I give this Restaurant 3 ?'s for the food, atmosphere &,price. There're just too many excellent Restaurants around that stay busy, where I will Not be forgotten. I won't be returningto this establishment. Read more
The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and you never have a long wait on your food
